Most of these things are just things girls do a lot generally, including the one in red. But I agree, No. #58 is pretty obvious, unless you have toilet paper stuck to your shoe or something.

If people know about your disease, they shouldn't be impressed about it. My deskmate in college for the year 2 used to have some issues. She'd have walking inabilities and she acted strange altogether, she was pretty hard to deal with too, she'd bother me all the time and was needy. She was pretty smart, though, she could remember a lot of things fast. She'd always make us laugh with her jokes, she was so outgoing, I was surprised.
