Thank you for your concern, however, I always thought when one doesn't feel well, they seek out professional health, not the other way around.
Anytime someone posts in a forum like this one promoting a product or service, looking for people who may not feel well, that's considered spam and so it's not permitted.

Health is so important. However, some look the other way when it comes to the potential consequences by not taking care of themselves.
Sure, for those who don't like diet and excercise, it is quite the inconvenience to have to eat right and get that excersize. But look at the alternative.
Furthermore, many find that living a healthy lifestyle isn't so bad once they get going. Actually, it's one less headache if you do take care of yourself, since the chances of getting sick are lower by eating sensibly and even just going out for a simple walk on a regular basis.
So the headache of watching your health can be offset by knowing your healthier.
