Not all boards and forums are the same. At CitySpeak, by clicking the fourth button from the left in the second row (it looks like a small picture in a frame) you'll get "[ img ][ /img ]." If you place the URL of the image you want to show between the tags, it should show for you. Like this.
Do not include the spaces I've added within the tags. That was necessary so the instructions would be visible.
You can center the image by clicking the "Align Center" button in the top row above. (Moving the cursor over the buttons opens a display window that shows each button's function.)
