Because there's been a string of new members joining this forum with no apparent interest other than spamming message boards by placing a link to a commercial web page in their signature file, you now have to request permission to add a custom avatar or sig file.
Links in your sig file are permitted as long as they're not an effort to spam this forum with commercial advertising. What has been appearing lately are links to real estate sales pages, pill pages, and a variety of other things unrelated to any of the topics being discussed.
Such future requests will be denied.
