I love all animals pretty much equally, except for crawlers, bugs, crocs and snakes. I personally am not very much trustful of those, they're not cuddly, snakes wrap around other animals' throats and anything can happen. Their cold eyes, it's sort of creepy to me. I particularly like big wild animals such as wild cats, reindeers, wild horses, rhinos. Rhinos remind me of the toughest herbivorous dinosaurs, the Centrosaurus and Triceratops. Going back to the actual topic, I love both dogs and cats, they're my favorite types of pets. I prefer dogs because they always seem to pay attention to humans, always wanting to listen, to learn more from humans while cats are pretty much passive. Cats do whatever they want, they are the royalty and if you oppose them or if they don't have things their way, you will get scratched or they'll wag the tail telling you they're annoyed with you, threatening you so you will take your leave. In fact, dogs have grown so adapted to humans that they can even sense sugar levels in blood and alert it, some dogs are specifically trained for this. Dogs can also detect cancer in human urine, and know which belongs to a healthy human. All in all, both dogs and cats have been known to have saved people through the most ingenious ways, so they both are clever amazing companions.

I forgot to mention the dogs trained to sniff living people under collapsed buildings and dogs trained in helping blind or disabled people. Cats are clean animals, don't need much grooming. Also, sugar gliders are almost as high as the level dogs have for me, they are adorable, exotic, so tiny and interesting. They even have scent glands, and they can smell good, flowery. And they do not eat their own feces like rabbits or other rodents do.
